In a mixing bowl pour 1 cup of baking soda and slowly add 1/3 cup of water (plus maybe a few tbsp more if needed). You'll want the mix to feel like putty. Spoon into a muffin tin and bake for 20 min at 350 F.

THEN add a few drops of each essential oils to the cooled "puck".

Pop these suckers out of the paper liner, plop it in your shower, and let the essential oils steam away your stuffy nose. Put them anywhere on the floor of the shower; it doesn't matter where!

Notes: If you're not using a silicone muffin tin, remove the liners before the pan has completely cooled. You can store these in a plastic container, mason jar, etc.
