Honey Cinnamon Weight Loss Drink!

Recipe:
1. Put the honey and cinnamon in a 1:2 ratio. One part cinnamon 2 parts honey.
2. Put the cinnamon in a cup/bowl.
3. Boil one cup of water.
4. Pour the water over the cinnamon and let it seep for 30 minutes.
5. Once the water has cooled add honey. Always add honey to cool water because hot water will destroy the enzymes.
6. Drink half of the resulting "tea" right before going to bed. Drink the other half first thing in the morning.
7. Do not add anything to the recipe. Always drink on a empty stomach.
