Honey Glazed Crispy Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken Breast Fillet with skin
- Salt & Pepper (to your taste)
- 1cup All Purpose Flour
- 1tbsp Honey
- 1-2 tbsp oil for frying
- 1/2 tsp Knorr Seasoning
Procedure:
Clean chicken and dry with paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Coat chicken in flour. In a medium or large pan heat oil in Medium/High Heat. When Oil is hot put chicken in skin side down. For 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to burn the skin. Turn heat down to Medium.
Then turn chicken over & cover pan for 4-5 minutes. Remove cover & cook both sides till crispy.
Remove chicken from pan and put on plate. In the same pan remove some oil that might accumulate on pan. Leave about 1tsp of oil.
Then put honey and Knorr seasoning into pan and heat on low till sauces combine. Then drizzle the sauce over the chicken.
*** I used chicken thigh fillet cuz my family likes that part of the chicken.
If you don't like your chicken so sweet put less honey & add more Knorr seasoning.
