The second shampoo can know go in and do its job because know your hair is free from anything that would create a barrier for your second shampoo, plus your cuticle is open witch makes it easier for the second shampoo to penetrate.

Wrap your hot towel around your head and leave on for 10-15 mins, the heat from the towel keeps the cuticle open and prevents any moisture escaping so, it's also very relaxing.

Know it's time to rinse, rinse with cool water, the cool water closes and seals the cuticle witch prevents you rinsing out the moisture that you have just put in, this step also adds a really intense shine, it can also be very refreshing ( use a temperature that you can cope with).

Finished! This step is optional but letting your hair air dry promotes healthy hair, and prevents any moisture loss through heat, if you are going to be using heat always use heat protectors. Try using oils or nourishing leave in conditioners to keep your hair looking and feeling healthy.
