How I Grew My Hair Super Fast! Actual Photos

Have you been desperately trying to grow your hair? If so, I know the struggle. My hair used to be all the way down to my butt when I was 12. Then I cut it all off :( I've been trying to grow it back ever since but between straightening and curling it and getting it cut regularly, I was having trouble. I'm 17 now and I've watched a million YouTube videos, spent hours reading tips here on trusper and asked all my friends. All to no avail. But I've finally found an effective method of growing my hair. Want to find out how?

The way I grew my hair is a method called the inversion method. If you're rolling your eyes because you've heard all about this and you think it's stupid and it can't possibly work, think again. Here's how to do it: First find a hair friendly oil. I personally like to use olive oil but you can use coconut oil, vegetable oil, baby oil, almond oil or any oil you like. You are going to take this oil and apply it to your scalp. If you want to apply it to the rest of your hair as well it's a great conditioner :)

You don't have to, but it is helpful if you heat your oil up in the microwave for 30 seconds. Be careful it's not too hot. I don't always heat it up but it stimulates your hair follicles and causes the blood to rush to your scalp which really helps your hair grow. After you've applied the oil to your hair, lay on your bed with your head hanging off the edge (Be careful not to get oil on your bed :p).the purpose of this is to make the blood rush to your head. You need to stay here for four minutes. For extra stimulation, massage you head the whole time.

After this, either go for a shower and wash your hair or put on a shower cap and wait a while. You can even sleep with the oil in your hair. When you get around to washing it out, shampoo your hair twice and only shampoo the part that had oil in it. Do this every night for 7 days then return to normal. After this wait 4 weeks (at least) and repeat. You will start to see results :)
