About 6 months later

Only drink water.... Don't cheat on this one, because once you do it's way harder to get back on track.

Pick 4 days out of the week that you eat absolutely nothing with sugar ( except natural sugars in fruits and stuff)

Every morning pick out your food for the day.... Once it's gone... You are done

Go on a walk after meals ( wait about 30 min or you will feel sick)

Pick an exercise you like doing.. Like dancing or swimming and do it a lot... And have fun with it.
