How I Prevent A Hangover

Before I go out drinking I always eat a starchy meal such as pasta or pizza. Never go out for drinks on an empty stomach. That's just asking for a tummy ache 😵

My bartender friend taught me this trick and I still do this. This is key. Between drinks at the bar or wherever you are, have a glass of water. Hangovers are caused by dehydration when you're out drinking so having a drink of water between drinks will help prevent this from happening. 💦💧💧💧

In the morning drink water that's been infused with lemon, cucumber and mint leaves. This gets rid of any alcohol bloat you may feel from the night before. Follow with more water throughout the day. This always keeps hangovers away for me and I've had some pretty wild nights 😜
