How To Apply Lip Makeup Correctly

1. Exfoliate lips and apply balm

2. Apply concealer/lip primer all over lips. Go a little outside lip line with concealer

3. Apply lip liner. draw an X on your top lip for a Cupid's bow lip look

4. Fill in your lips with lip liner

5. Apply your lipstick

6. Blot your lips with a tissue

7. Apply powder through a tissue

8. Re-apply lipstick or stain

9. Apply gloss if you want. Or apply similar colored shimmer eyeshadow; a lighter color will be nice at highlighting your lips
