Majority of women who have period cramps always want to know what they can do to just make them go away right? Well here are a few tips!
Knowing what to eat and what not to eat can make a big difference!

Eating health food, especially food high in potassium can really help. Examples bananas help, dark chocolate, and especially water!!

Junk food is a total no no when it comes to trying to get rid of cramps! Stay away from greasy foods and caffeine!
I know when it comes time you just wanna lay in bed, and do absolutely nothing. That may help but this will help more.

Yoga can help relax the muscles in your body, helping to relieve cramps. These are period cramp relieve yoga positions

Like I said we just wanna stay in bed all day!! But working out will help you get rid of your cramps!!
Finally, sleeping positions. I hate waking up because I'm in soooo much pain but these really do work!
