First you will need to strip the sheets so you can get to the mattress
Then baby powder so the smell lasts :) I personally love the smell
Baking soda is the key! It's great for getting rid off smells and dirt .. But even better it kills bedbugs!!
Just so it's easier to rub in :) now leave it for half an hour
I mean yuck! You don't want that in your bed!
Death to the bug! And a fresh clean bed! BUT PLEASE do remember to Hoover your mattress after.
