How To Clear Back Acne

I suffered from terrible back acne as a result of using the contraceptive pill. I changed my pill several times and tried lotions prescribed by my GP but nothing seemed to work. I did some research and found that zinc is really good for your skin. Zinc rebalances your hormones so be careful if using the contraceptive pill as a method of birth control as it could make it less effective. I'd suggest using another form of contraception as well just to be safe.

I started taking a daily A-Z multi vitamin & mineral supplement with a lower dose of zinc and started using Sudacrem twice a day which also contains Zinc Oxide so the acne gets a two pronged attack.
