leave the Oreos in the fridge for 10-15 minutes so they're nice and cool

put a decent amount of oil in the pan and let it heat up

use a pancake mix as the batter

after the pancake mix is made according to the method on the box, put your oreos in the batter and make sure they're 100% covered.
leave in the batter for 1-2 minutes then drop them in the hot oil but be careful!
let them cook until golden brown.
