Move one or two apps to a different place on their phone
every time you see them.

Find out what they hate and give it to them?
Say a phrase that they hate and say it constantly. The phrase I hate is "yassssss" and my friend says it to make me crazy.
Call them nicknames they don't like
Play music they don't like.
Take embarrassing pictures of them and send it to them. BUT ONLY SEND IT TO THAT PERSON NOT ANYONE ELSE.
Make them food they love but then put weird (edible) ingredients in it.
