All you gotta do is pick something you want to eat. If it's fruit cut it in half and half again. Eat one of the quarter pieces then drink a full glass of water. Wait a few minutes then eat another quarter. If you're still feeling hungry repeat the same steps with the rest of the Apple. I learned this tip from Trusper and that one talked about just cravings. For example 2 fries. I improvised a little so I'm eating healthier foods and eating a little more of it. This is a great tip for when you're eating snacks or for a little before a big meal so you don't eat as much. Plus more water :)
