Do this 4 times every day 1 time when you wake up 2 times after your first meal 1 time before you go to bed if u do this for 3 days you will see results the only reason why I said in a week is because if you do this only once for 7 days it will take longer for results tip if you feel sore after your workout eat a orange and rest for 10-15 minutes and if you feel tired while doing this take a 30 second brake and also if you want to get twice the bigger butt do this everyday until you get the butt you want
