AFTER EATING DIGEST YOUR FOOD FOR 40 MINUTES
THEN GO DO 200 CRUNCHES AND PLANK FOR 5 MINUTES
WHEN ITS LUNCH TIME EAT SOMETHING UNDER 200 CALORIES---->


WHEN DONE DRINK SOME MORE WATER AGAIN
