How To Get A Hot Body In 30 Days

~be sure to scroll down~
-50 crunches
-15 push-ups
-1 minute plank
-30 second side plank on each side
-25 squats
-40 calf rises
-50 second wall sit
-25 Russian twists
-20 jumping jacks
-20 sit-ups
Twice a day
Eat whatever you want but limit soda
After every full meal do 20 push-ups or a 15 second wall sit
-After small snack do 5 push ups
-After big snack do 10 sit-ups
