Water
Drink about 4-6 ounces of water when you first wake up (cold water) this will clean out any left over late night snacks and it'll also make you feel more awake
Every day, drink about half your weight. Example; if you weigh 160lbs, drink 80 oz of water a day.
Before and after a meal, drink 5 oz of water. It'll fill your stomach up so you don't eat as much and it'll help digest your food.
Late night snacks
Never ever eat anything 2-3 hours before you go to bed because it'll just build up fat.
I'm not saying eat dinner and go lie in bed for 2-3 hours, you have to be active in those 2-3 hours.
Sports
If you don't like exercising try a sport because you're exercising without noticing.
Sports like;
Football
Soccer
Dance
Basketball
Gymnastics
Competitive cheerleading
Baseball
Softball
And hockey
