How To Get Rid Of Psoriasis

I Was suffering of psoriasis on My scalp for almost 10 years... I feel like i've tried everything to get rid of it! Here are the most effective tips i Can give You to get rid of it too! ☺️

#1 - always blow dry your hair, especially if You are going to bed after your shower. Psoriasis tends to increase in humidity spots.

#2- use satin pillowcase. Nothing will zap the moisture and natural oils out of your hair faster than a cotton pillowcase.
scalp needs its natural oils without them it will dry. that's when you feel more irritation and tingling. You can avoid that by sleeping on a satin pillowcase.

#3- Avoid hair coloration. I know it's sad...😥 but it's also one of the Best tip i can give You to get rid of your psoriasis... All the chemicals in the hair colorant are really harmeful for your sensitive scalp condition. If You need to color your hair use a natural brand or one with no ammonia.

#4- Use an anti-residue shampoo at least once a week. This one from neutrogena is amazing. If You are using styling products, this shampoo Will take all the residue away from your scalp. You can use Any soft shampoo for itchy scalp between the treatements.

#5- Add essential oils to your shampoo. peppermint and lavender are really good to calm itchyness. Lemon oil Will works as a purifiying agent. Mix 2 drops of each oil to your Daily shampoo and You Will feel a difference right after the first use.

#6- use an Apple cider vinegar rince for your hair. Any kind of Apple cider vinegar Will do, You can buy one or make your own. You Have a good recipe right above ☺️

#7- use coconut oil. I've tried many creams and ointments prescribed by the dermatologist but no one has been as effective than coconut oil. Rub some coconut oil all over your scalp before going to bed and wash your hair in the morning.
