How To Get The Splits Fast!!!

Want to get your splits? Here is how...

Stretch 1: simply place a foot of your choice (left or right) on a pillow or something small if your a beginner if your more advanced you can try something higher. Keep your hips squared and slowly lower your self into the splits...if your a beginner only go until it slightly hurts. Hold for 30 sec.

Stretch 2: sit down and open your legs as far as you can go...you can also do this near a wall; this stretch is called a straddle. When your in a straddle slowly lean forward to stretch out for muscles, relax on your elbows and rock back and forth. Hold this stretch for at least 2 minutes.

A great way to practice your splits is pull it up to a wall for a pole and lean in; you can also practice this stretch in a wall split position. Even if you are a beginner you can try this stretch.

You can do a needle and straighten your legs, make sure your stretching your hamstrings. Raise one leg in the air and touch your toes. Do this against a wall if your a beginner.

This stretch will open your hips for the middle splits...just lay on your stomach and put your feet together...I can't do This stretch because of my tight hips but I can still do the middle splits. Don't be alarmed if you can't do this stretch.

This stretch will loosen your hips also...

This stretch will stretch out your hamstrings and loosen your hips. Just go on your knees and lower yourself place your elbows on the ground and push your bottom back to stretch your hamstrings.

Try this stretch...it's called a pike stretch inhale as you stretch up exhale as you lower to your feet.
These stretches helped me to get my splits. I'm a dancer so I'm an expert on the splits. I have many secret stretches that can get you your splits super fast. I have a damaged hamstring and a sprained hip so I might make a video when they heel 😄.
