How To Grow Long Hair Faster

Here's a few tips about hair growth, and how I grew my hair fast!!!

You will need:
Any oil of your choice (I recommend olive or coconut oil)
A microwave
A microwave safe bowl or container
A shower cap (optional)
Your hair!!!!

Put the olive oil in your container. Heat in microwave for 30 sec. or at least until warm. WARNING: make sure the oil isn't too hot!!

Apply oil all over your scalp. Flip your hair forwards while massaging your hair. Twist hair in a tight bun and put a shower cap on. Leave in for 1-2 hours or overnight.
