How To Lose Fat In One Simple Way! Even Without Exercise!

I hate to sound old but water. I heard that water is really good for the skin, and it is. So I decided to drink lots of water each day so I get good skin. However, in doing this, I sat there watching the pounds drop off. So not only do you get a nice complexion on your skin, you loose fat too.
If you have two glasses of water when you wake up, it'll help your immune system ✅
If your feeling hungry, drink a glass of water and wait 10 minutes to see if you're still hungry. Sometimes, your body says you're hungry when really all you need is a drink. ✅
A glass of water before you sleep will help prevent having a stroke or heart attack in the night✅
Drinking water helps you sweat after exercising which I know, sounds gross but this gets rid of the toxins out of your body. So this one sorta includes exercise but oh we'll :)
So not only does water have all these good healthy things for you, it flushes away all the toxins and you can watch that fat drop right off!✅
Another way, not including water, is to eat slower. Eating slower tricks your brain into thinking that you've been eating longer than you actually have, meaning you feel fuller quicker and you feel like if you do it more... Well, whatever happened when you usually eat more than you can :P
To lose fat in the legs, try not to cross them over when sitting down, as this leads to... Well it stops the... Ok I all honesty I don't know why this works, but it does :P
Once you've had a hot meal, try not to choose a cold pudding or drink afterwards. As the coldness will freeze the food in the intestines and clog up all those pipes, leading to a bigger belly. Have a nice hot latte or fruit with a warm vanilla sauce. Just leave the cold options out of it
