It's also proven to reduce blood sugar levels, and help prevent type 2 diabetes! Healthy blood sugar levels are critical to achieving, and maintaining, a healthy weight.
HOW DO YOU EAT FLAXSEED?
It's best to eat flax seed in whole seed form, there's lots of ways to eat flaxseeds. I make low carb muffins with it, using ground flaxseeds as flour replacement.
You can also put a teaspoon to your smoothies.
