Drink only water don't be tempted to drink juice or fizzy juice because you will feel bloated afterwards

I find this the most effective workout remember to push yourself but don't over do it

Avoid sugary foods and junk etc

Heavy foods such as meat etc will be hard to digest so try eating rice or bread



Remember this is not a one day miracle it is time and commitment.three months results will start to show.
