How To Lose Weight

It's easy to loose weight. Just follow the rules.
Rule #1: eat three meals a day, don't skip!
Rule #2: eat small healthy snacks, like 10 almonds or 7 mini tomatoes! (This helps keep your metabolism up)
Rule #3: reduce the carbs you eat!
Rule #4: exercise for 1 hour a day!
Rule #5: don't cut out even the 'fatty' food like KFC or McDonalds because its okay to have it once a month or so
Rule #6: be willing to take a long time doing it because its not healthy if you do it too suddenly, and can actually risk you getting even more fat afterwards!
