How To Make A California Roll

Ingredients: 
Seaweed paper
Crab meet (precooked or uncooked)
Cucumber
Avocado
Rice
Bamboo board
Cutting board
Fine edged knife

Cook the rice. After cooked let sit to cool

Peel the cucumbers skin off. Do the same to the avocado.

Slice the peeled cucumber into thin strips like the ones above. Slice the avocado like the ones in the previous picture.

With the veggies ready, place the seaweed paper on the bamboo board. The seaweed paper should face shiny side up, and the bamboo board should face smooth side up.

Spread the rice throughout the whole seaweed paper.

Gently flip the paper over. Once upside down place the crab, cucumber, and avocado on the paper. If the crab meat was not pre cooked/sliced, steam accordingly and slice ( but not too thin ).

Roll the flat sushi in the board. Use both hands, roll as tight as you can, and don't let the board go inside the sushi roll.

Carefully cut the overhangs of fillings on the ends off, using a fine edged knife. Then cut the roll into equal slices. The final project should look similar to this. Remember to keep refrigerated and do not keep for too long. Now that the California roll is complete, enjoy!
