How To Make Marshmallow Whipped Frosting

4 large egg whites
1 cup ordinary sugar
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 cup ordinary sugar
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Place all ingredients except the vanilla into a bowl that you can put over a pot of simmering water (like a double boiler)
Whisk mixture constantly until sugar dissolves. Around 5 minutes.

Pour mixture into a bigger bowl and beat with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes. Add the vanilla while mixing.
You can then put frosting into a piping bag to put into cupcakes.
