How To Make Pasta Bake.

Ingredients:
Your favorite type of pasta (ziti, rotini, penne, conchiglie), 1 box (16 oz.)
Your favorite sauce(from a jar OR homemade), 1 jar (16 oz.)
Mozzarella cheese (16 oz), grated Parmesan (2 oz.) and ricotta cheese (4-6 oz.)
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 egg, beaten
salt/pepper
Method:
Cook pasta until al dente in a pot of boiling water. (time will vary depending on pasta; check box for time; remember, the pasta will cook while being baked) and drain.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook Italian sausage until brown (about 10 minutes) cut about 1/2 an inch long.
Mix the beaten egg, ricotta cheese, pasta, and 1/4 of the sauce together until mixed well. Add salt/pepper to taste.
Spoon pasta mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle on the 2 oz. of Parmesan. Sprinkle on all of the mozzarella evenly
Bake for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
