WHAT YOU NEED:

2 cups all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons white sugar
4 tablespoons baking powder 
Unsalted butter, melted

In a bowl, combine milk and canola oil. 

In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Create a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients. Gently pour wet ingredients and whisk to combine, making sure there are no lumps left.

Place greased star molds in the middle of the skillet and pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter. Cook for 2 mins. Or until bubble appear. Remove mold with a tong. Flip and cook the other side. Transfer to a plate and let it cool.

To make the glaze, place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Spread the glaze evenly over all the pancakes. Design and serve with toppings like colored sugar sprinkles.
