1 box of Barilla Jumbo Shells 1 pound sweet Italian sausage 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta 4 cups shredded mozzarella (divided) 1/2 cup grated Parmesan and Romano cheese 1 egg 1/2 cup parsley flakes 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce Additional grated Parmesan Romano cheese
Cook shells according to package directions. Brown Italian sausage and drain. Mix together ricotta, 2 cups mozzarella, parmesan cheese, egg, italian sausage, and parsley. Spread some sauce in the bottom of a large baking pan until the bottom is covered. Stuff each shell with mixture and place in pan

Write cooking directions on top of foil with a Sharpie pen. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, carefully remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to make sure the cheese is all melted.
