How To Make Tiffin Cake

how to make tiffin cake
you will need :8oz chocolate - half milk & half dark
8oz digestive biscuits
4oz butter
2 tbls golden syrup
2tbls sugar
4tsp cocoa
Handful of raisins(not always needed)
Melt the Butter,Sugar,Syrup and Cocoa in a pan.
Add the raisins when mixture is melted

Crush the Biscuits with the end of a rolling pin or use your hands and add to the melted mixture.
Pour the mixture into a swiss roll size tin and press down.
Melt the chocolate and pour over the mixture. Spread it out evenly.
Put into fridge and leave to set for an hour.
Cut into about 20 pieces
