How To Prevent Future Cold Sores ! 👄

Anybody whose ever had a cold sore and our prone to it, knows the frustration of trying to get rid of it. I'll give you a step-by-step on how I've been cold sore free for almost a year now!

1. First I scrub my lips with a lib scrub to help hydrate after my showers (I use the lush one, but in the pass I've use elf lip stick scrub and it words just as well, any lip scrub that you like will work just as well)
