How To Quickly Defrost Meat - In 10-12 Minutes!

Forgot to take out the meat to defrost and need to quickly defrost meat for a great dinner?
Here's a simple and safe method to do so. All you do is boil water to 140 degrees (boil for a few minutes) and put the meat in. Chicken takes 10 minutes to defrost and other tougher meat take about 12 mins.
You should only do this with small pieces of meat...not a whole chicken for example.
