How To Relieve Hayfever Symptoms

Tip!
Tie your hair back! Pollen gets trapped in our hair, having falling across your face will make your hayfever worse.
Always use eye drops/spray, nasal spray and anti-histamine every morning.
There are two types:
Loratadine
Cetirizine- may cause drowsiness
You just have to find the one that works best for you.
Wearing sunglasses may also avoid excess pollen in your eyes causing them to swell etc.
Consider getting an 'air purifier' in your room. They clear dust, pollen and any possible allergens.
Avoid having windows open frequently eg in the car, pollen is therefore able to enter the car/room setting off your allergy.
