If your hair is anything similar to how mine used to be, you'll understand that second day hair is a big no-no for you because your hair gets greasy so fast in which case it has to be washed every day. (Washing your hair daily washes your hairs natural oils out, causing dry hair).

To restore your hairs natural oils and adjust your hair to being cleaned less, don't wash your hair for 6 days. (I know, gross. Thats what I thought too but trust me). This may be best to do over a holiday or a time when no one will see you, just to save yourself the humiliation.

Finally, after the 6 days, wash your hair. your hair is now some-what restored and can go about 2-3 days without being washed. I can't remember the last time i wore second day hair but i'm on day 3 now and theres no grease what-so-ever. good luck!

ONE MORE THING.. For your second/third day hair, heres a tip to ensure your hair remains luscious and clean-looking all day. Add a small amount of baby powder to your brush and comb through your roots. The baby powder absorbs grease. (Or add to hair and rub into roots) thicker hair may require more.
