How To Save Your Damaged Hair!

It's so scary when you know you have literally killed your beautiful hair. Here are some of the ways I managed to help restore life into my hair after years of straightens and bleaching.

My absolute heaven in a bottle shampoo and conditioner this really is great stuff for deep conditioning. Ps. This will make your hair get extremely greasy quickly so once your hair starts get healthy on top use a normal shampoo for the roots then use the shampoo and conditioner for the ends.

Get your hair trimmed often.. You can't fully fix damaged hair all you can do is help restore moisture and the texture of your hair. Trimming your hair will get rid of the dead ends making your hair look longer and healthier in the end.

Struggle to stop yourself from straightening and blow drying your hair? This will help to protect your hair against heat put a pea amount into your palm and rub from root to tip onto damp hair. You need to protect your hair!

Something you will already know but.. Lay off blow drying and straightening your hair for as long as possible no matter what products your using intill it's getting back of track to healthy locks just go natural ( brush your hair when it's damp with a tangle teaser just as good as straightening)

HAIR MASKS! Once a week at night cake your hair with a hair mask and leave it in over night in a shower cap. I recommend frizz-ease.. Even if your hair isn't frizzy it's a really nourishing hair mask restores a lot of goodness into your hair.

Oils, make your hair feel silky and soft and a small bottle should last a long time as you literally should only use a small drop into the ends of your hair or it will get really greasy. Hope this helped these are things I have have done to restore health to my hair, much love. X
