3) Positivity😇 Think positive about EVERYTHING. meditations, yoga, exercise, and healthy eating can help build a healthy and positive mindset😉

4) Exercise💪 As I said in tip #3 exercise can help build a better mindset but also it helps you feel better on the inside and makes you look good on the outside.

5) Surround yourself with the right crowd! we don't need negative people in our life.

6) JUST SMILE BABY GIRL! You got this and if you look happy it will start to grow on you in the inside!
