How to eat right for your Blood Type
TYPE O: SAFE TO EAT: If you're a meat lover & type O, ur pretty much set for life. This diet focuses on protein sources like Red meat , Seafood and poultry like chicken and Turkey. Some vegetables are acceptable for this type are Kelp, Spinach, Kale & Broccoli.
TYPE O STAY AWAY FROM: Wheat and grains. Legumes like peas n beans , peanuts and lentil should be avoided. They also might have digestive issues with dairy and egg products.
TYPE A: SAFE TO EAT: Focus on healthy whole grain sources of bread and pasta n avoid simple grain. Fruits like Apple, berries, avocado and figs are good choice. For vegetables ur spectrum is hardly limited but you should look for plant protein from sources like nuts & Soy.
TYPE A : STAY AWAY FROM : Meat protein consumption should be limited. Most type of birds, beef n pork dont sit well with the limited meat digestive enzymes. Dairy products & kidney beans should be avoided.
TYPE AB: SAFE TO EAT: Should focus on vegetables, fish n Turkey. Seafood, tofu, beans n legumes are great protein sources. Fruits like watermelon, figs, Apple n banana are acceptable.
TYPE AB: STAY AWAY FROM: Red meat should be avoided when possible' coz AB 's type borrow Type A's level stmach acid . Like type B u should steer clear of buckwheat and corn. AB's are also vulnerable to excessive level of alcohol and caffeine
