Ice Balloons

What you need:
•food coloring
•balloons
•freezer

Step 1:
Get an empty balloon and stretch it open and put four squirts of desired color into empty balloon.

Step 2:
Fill up with water as if making a water balloon

Step 3:
Put in freeze leave in for about a day depending on size.

Step 4:
Cut the plastic of the balloon of the ice.


DONE!


Place them where you like but I think they look best when it's done snowing lining the driveway or walkway.
