Increase Your Chances Of Getting Pregnant Quickly 👶

1. First and foremost in order to get pregnant quickly it's best to make sure your menstral period is regular. You may not be ovulating if your not regular so regulating your period is important. If you are irregular your Obgyn may start you on birth control for at least 3 months to get your cycles regular.

2. Ovulation occurs when the ovum releases an egg. This usually occurs 10-15 days after the first day of your period each month. Eg. If my period started on the 12th I'm most likely to be fertile from the 22nd-27th. You can buy ovulation kits at any Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens. 10-15 days is accurate and you shouldn't waste your money.

3. Take a decongestant as directed on insert to thin secretions at least twice a day. ONLY USE A DECONGESTANT ON YOUR FERTILE DAYS OR AS DIRECTED ON INSERT THEN STOP. A decongestant such as Robitussin thins secretion not only in your Chest or nasal cavity but also in your vaginal canal this increases the chances that sperm will make it through the vaginal canal and combine with the egg.

4. Have intercourse 2 days before you ovulate and everyday on your fertile days and enjoy it. Studies have shown that stress will keep you babyless. New studies show that gravity does play a roll. If you get up too soon the sperm can drip out. Instead Lay down flat for 15min after having intercourse before getting up. This allows the sperm to travel easily. The average sperm lives 3-5 days

5. If your over weight. Losing weight will increase your chances drastically. Same goes if your underweight...gaining weight will also drastically increase your chances. Stop smoking too. If you don't get pregnant after trying for 1 yr it's definitely time to go to your gynecologist and get a work up. Your hormones may be out of wack and you may never get pregnant without the proper medications. Have your hubby get a work up too it's not always the women.
