Italian Cupcake Meatloaf

Ingredients 1.5 lbs ground beef 1 box of stove top (I use savory herbs) 1 tsp Italian seasoning (I add a little more) .5 cup water (it varies on the % of fat meat you get) .5 jar is spaghetti sauce Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Mix ground beef, stove top, Italian seasoning & water until well blended.

Spoon into muffin pan. Use the back of the spoon to make an indentation. 

Then spoon in spaghetti sauce. 

Bake for 30-45 minutes at 375°
