Jalapeño Poppers

12 ounces cream cheese, softened
 1 (8 ounce) package shredded pepper jack cheese
 2 tablespoon bacon bits
 12 ounces jalapeno peppers, seeded and cut in half 
 1 cup milk
 1 cup all-purpose flour
 1 cup dry bread crumbs
 2 quarts oil for frying or you can bake them

12 ounces jalapeno peppers, seeded and cut in half
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 quarts oil for frying or you can bake them
1. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, Pepper jack cheese and bacon bits. Spoon this mixture into the jalapeno peppers. Make sure the peppers are cut to make pockets.
2. Put the milk, flour, and breadcrumbs into separate small bowls. Dip the stuffed jalapenos first into the milk then into the flour, making sure they are well coated with each. Allow the coated jalapeños to dry for about 10 minutes.
3. Dip jalapeños in milk and roll into breadcrumbs. Make sure they are well coated. Allow to dry for 10min then repeat step #3.
4. Deep fry each jalapeño for 3-5 min. Or Until golden brown. Remove and let drain on a paper towel Or if you to bake them. Preheat oven to 350 Spray cooking sheet with olive oil cooking spray Bake jalapeño until golden brown and bubbly.
