Sugar free margarita
Ingredients:
1 1.5 oz tequila
2 Tablespoons (1 oz) lime juice - bottled more convenient, fresh tastes a lot better
1/4 cup (4 Tablespoons) water
1/4 teaspoon orange extract
1 Tablespoon's worth artificial sweetener (I like to use liquid, carb-free types)
Ice - small handful
Margarita salt or Kosher salt
Wet the rim of the glass and dip into a small plate of salt.
Combine all ingredients. You can either serve it over ice (in Mexico I've usually been served it this way, but I can't say I've had extensive experience), or strained into the glass, or blended in a blender.

Low Carb Cosmo
1.5 oz or 3 tablespoonsCitron vodka or regular vodka
1 oz (2 tablespoons) diet cranberry juice (NOT "light" -- it must say diet)
OR 2 teaspoons unsweetened cranberry juice and 2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
ut the ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-full of ice. Shake well. Taste for sweetness if using unsweetened cranberry juice, which is highly variable. You may need to add sweetener. Strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a small lime wedge or curl of lime peel.

Sugar Free Mojito
1 oz. (2 tablespoons) lime juice or lime wedges from about a third of a lime
8 mint leaves
1 heaping tablespoon erythritol or other sugar substitute equalling a tablespoon or sugar
1.5 oz white rum
Club soda
Put mint, lime or lime juice, and sweetener into the bottom of a highball glass. Muddle everything together. the handle of a wooden spoon or spatula works fine.
2. Fill the glass about ¾ of the way with ice. Add the rum and top with club soda. Stir and enjoy.

Sugar free piña colada
1.5 oz.; 3 tablespoons
5 tablespoons coconut milk or coconut cream (NOT Cream of Coconut!)

Put ingredients in blender and blend until slushy.
If you want a non-frozen version, put ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake, and strain out the ice.

Sugar Free Strawberry Daiquiri
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1.5 oz Rum
Sweetener to taste (depends on how sweet the strawberries are)
Small handful of ice (not needed if berries are frozen)
Put all ingredients into a blender

Low carb White Russian
