Lasagna Soup

1 LB Ground Chuck or Italian Sausage
1 Onion Chopped
1 Green Pepper, Chopped
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
Cook above ingredients and drain well.
1 32oz Box Chicken Broth
2 Cans Fire Roasted Dice Tomatoes
1 15oz Can Tomato Sauce
2 Tsp Brown Sugar
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Stir in w/ beef mixture & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & summer for 20 minutes. Add 2 cups lasagna noodles (I use bow-tie noodles). Cook until tender & serve. Top with cheese.
