Layered Oreo Cookie Brownies (Slutty Brownies)

Ingredients: -1 box of cookie mix -1 box of brownie mix -2 eggs -Olive Oil -2 packs of Oreos (normal or double stuffed) -Ice-Cream (optional)

Method: Pre-heat oven to 350F, 180C or gas mark 4. Line a baking tin with greaseproof paper. Mix the cookie mix by following the instructions on the box but add a little extra oil and water to keep it moist. Place evenly onto baking tin. Oreos are to be placed on top of the cookie mix and can be

whole or broken up. When the Oreos are on top of the cookie mix, being to make the brownie mix. Again, follow the instructions on the box and add a little extra oil and water. Pour brownie mix over Oreos and cookie mix. Bake in the oven for 30minutes. Serve with ice cream while still warm.
