Just a few workouts to amazing abs .

This is great for a morning workout.

Not feeling it in the morning? How about the afternoon .

Do 20 leg raises , it easy and simple.

And do 20 bicycle crunches.

20 v-ups.

30 Russian twists ; πthese are my favorite.

30 toe touches . (weights aren't needed unless you want to use them)

I also recommend drinking detox drinks to help lose belly fat . Doing cardio is also great in having a healthy lifestyle. βΊ
I reccomend 2 sets the first week , 3 sets the next , 4 sets a week after and so on. Very easy, lazy girls way to sexy abs πβΊ. I hope you'll like this ππ.
