Did you know lemon juice before breakfast cleanses your body?? 😱😱😱
Ingredients:
1. Heated water
2. Lemons
Directions:
1. Cut open the lemon (you get more if you cut from the tip to the other tip)
2. Squeeze the lemon into you cup
3. Heat water
4. Mix the lemon juice and hot water together
5. and there you go!!
Hope you enjoyed!
It may not taste the best for some of us but it does clean your body :)
After you drink it you can just immediatly eat breakfast
