Within the first 20 minutes of waking up, slice a lemon in half, and put one half in a glass.

Either boil the water in a kettle, or put in the microwave to heat up the water, make sure it's hot! There you have it, lemon water!

Drinking lemon kick starts your metabolism for the day and flushes bad excessive food and drinks out your system. It's also great for clear, natural looking skin!
