Lose 10 Pounds In 3 Days!!! Chemical BreakDown Diet AKA Military Diet 💃

This Diet works off of a Chemical BreakDown that causes the body to expend calories & Raise metabolism!! This is the perfect diet for those few pesky pounds or used once a week losing up to 30 pounds per month!! ❤️

Diet Day 1:
**Morning: 1 TBS of Peanutbutter w/ a slice of toast, 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 Cup of Coffee and Tea (No sugar, tea, milk)
**Midday: 1 TBS of Peanutbutter w/ a slice of toast, 1/2 Cup Plain Tuna, 1 Cup of Coffee and Tea (No sugar, tea, milk)
**Evening: 3 oz Any meat, 1 Cup Greenbeans, 1/2 Banana, 1 Cup Ice Cream, 1 Small Apple

Diet Day 2:
**Morning: 1 boiled or poached Egg w/ a slice of toast, 1/2 Banana, 1 Cup of Coffee and Tea (No sugar, tea, milk)
**Midday: 6 Saltine Crackers, 1 Cup Plain Tuna, 1 Cup of Coffee and Tea (No sugar, tea, milk)
**Evening: 2 Frankfurter Hotdogs, 1 Cup Broccoli, 1 Cup Carrots, 1/2 Banana, 1/2 Cup Ice Cream

Diet Day 3:
**Morning: 1 slice of Cheddar Cheese, 5 Saltine Crackers, 1 Apple, 1 Cup of Coffee and Tea (No sugar, tea, milk)
**Midday: 1 slice of Bread, 1 boiled or poached Egg, 1 Cup of Coffee and Tea (No sugar, tea, milk)
**Evening: 1 Cup Tuna, 1 Banana, 1/2 Cup Ice Cream
Do not snack between meals. Avoid using any other seasonings besides Salt & Pepper. You are allowed to drink water while on this diet. It's recommended to drink 6-8 glasses everyday! No substitutions allowed!!
