🏃exercise:u must exercise once everyday for about 15-20 min.try dancing,walking,jogging and building up a sweat is good
🍓eat healthy food:eat more healthy for than unhealthy ex:apples,oranges,bananas,pears,grapes. Tomatoes,lettuce,avocado.mostly eat loads of fruits & veggies.

💦drink lots of water:drink about 8 glasses of water and it also make u feel very full so u r not hungry
🚴join a sport or an activity:ex:basketball,cheer,softball,soccer. Swim,gymnastics,dance,those will make u fit and stay active
